Portillo, CHILE (Oct. 26, 2018) – Steeped in ski tradition Ski Portillo, Chile will be celebrating 70 years of providing a unique ski experience high in the Chilean Andes during the 2019 season, June 22 to Oct. 6. An all-inclusive Ski Portillo vacation provides the perfect “ski-in-summer” getaway for northern hemisphere winter sports enthusiasts to enjoy an unforgettable vacation and create memories of a lifetime with family and friends.

Early booking offer – Any guests booking a 2019 Portillo ski week or mini week by Dec. 31, 2018 is guaranteed 2018 prices. To get the early booking offer, guests must make a 50% deposit (refundable 60 days prior to arrival).

Ski Weeks – Rates + What’s Included
Portillo still sells a “Ski Week,” which is a Saturday-to-Saturday stay that includes seven nights of accommodations, seven days lift tickets, four meals daily at the Hotel Portillo dining room, and access to all of Hotel Portillo’s amenities. 2019 prices for a ski week at Hotel Portillo start at US$2350 for a valley view room or US$1590 at the Octagon Lodge, located steps from Hotel Portillo; or US $1150 at the hostel-style Inca Lodge (meals are in the self- service restaurant). Rates are per person based on double occupancy.

2019 Special Weeks

Annual events like “Friends Week” and “Wine Week” are tailored to Ski Portillo guests looking for off-the-snow activities. Friends Week brings friends, new and old, together for a week of fun and bonding, a week to forget the world’s troubles and enjoy life, good people, great skiing, and the beautiful Andes Mountains.

• Family Weeks: Portillo goes above and beyond for families during the four special family weeks (July 6 – 13, July 13 – 20, July 20-27) with engaging activities every day for children, teenagers, and adults.
• Friends’ Week: During Friends’ Week, scheduled for Aug. 10-17, guests at Portillo can enjoy reuniting with old friends and meeting new ones throughout the week during the daily special après ski and evening activities.

• Wine Weeks: Wine Week (Aug. 3 – 10) and Wine Fest (Aug. 24 – 31) celebrate Chile’s world-renowned wines.
