Woody Creek Distillers was a new venture looking to promote their distillery and two vodkas as ultra premium spirits grown, distilled, and bottled in the Roaring Fork Valley through targeted media pitching and social media. WCD gained immediate regional coverage in Aspen Peak, Aspen Magazine, Denver Eater, and all of the Roaring Fork Valley newspapers. Denver’s FOX 31 KDVR drove down for a tour of the farm, distillery and tasting room as well as an interview with the owners. WCD received praise in Forbes as, “a craft distillery worthy of the word ‘craft’”, as well as coverage in major outlets such as Afar,Bloomberg Businessweek, D Magazine, Food and Wine, Outside Magazine’s holiday gift guide, Wine Enthusiast and more.
